We are delighted that you would like to join us for one of our workshops or courses! Our events are designed to be enjoyable, inspiring and well organized for everyone attending. The following guidelines help us ensure that each workshop runs smoothly and that every participant has a positive experience.
To reserve a place at one of our events, please complete the RSVP form on the event page.
Once you click Submit, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to complete payment.
Your booking is only secured once payment has been received.

Seats are limited and unpaid bookings may be offered to someone on the waiting list.
Full payment is required to secure your seat.
Your confirmation email will include payment instructions. If payment is not received within the indicated time, we reserve the right to release the seat to another participant.
We understand that plans can change.
You are welcome to send someone in your place if you cannot attend.
Occasionally a workshop may need to be rescheduled or cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
If an event cannot go ahead and is not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
Participants are required to bring their own sewing machine.

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or discounts if a participant experiences machine problems during the workshop.
To make your arrival easier, a trolley will be available to transport your machine between your car and the classroom. Also, our staff are happy to assist whenever needed!
Some workshops include materials or kits, while others require participants to purchase them separately.

Our workshops are designed for adult participants only. For the comfort and focus of all attendees, no teenagers or children may attend workshops, even if accompanied by a parent.
Most workshops run for approximately three hours.
We provide coffee and tea during the session.
Participants are welcome to bring their own snacks or lunch if they wish.
All participants are expected to follow the Bernina Overberg House Rules during events.
