I’ve clicked to reserve my seat — now what?

Once you’ve clicked the button to reserve your seat, you’ll receive an email confirming your reservation.

But please note: your spot is only temporarily held. To secure it, you’ll need to make payment using the link provided in the email.

You’ll be asked to enter the amount of the workshop manually. If you’ve chosen to add a kit (when available), don’t forget to include that in your total before paying.

We totally understand that life gets busy! But to be fair to everyone, if payment hasn’t been received at least 48 hours before the event, your reservation will unfortunately be forfeited and passed on to someone on our waiting list.

We really don’t want you to miss out — so please make payment as soon as you’re able. If you’re ever unsure or need help, feel free to WhatsApp us on 072 987 2512. We’re here for you!

You’re welcome to come into the shop to make payment!

It depends on the request by the in-house or outsourced sewing instructor, but can be a from 5 up to a maximum of 10 people. With us, it is usually 8, unless otherwise stated.

If the course is fully booked, we will keep taking names on a waiting list. When we have a minimum of 5 people on the waiting list, we will schedule a repeat course.

We understand that unexpected things happen, and sometimes you might not be able to attend a course or workshop you’ve booked. However, due to the demands of our busy shop, we’ve had to implement clear policies to keep things running smoothly! 😊

Here’s what to know if you can’t attend a course or workshop:

  • No Rescheduling: We’re unable to offer individual classes or move your payment to another course or workshop.
  • Refund Policy: You can receive a 50% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the event starts. Unfortunately, cancellations made 48 hours or less before the event will result in forfeiture of the payment.

Please note that some of our workshops are conducted by third-party sewing instructors who travel to Hermanus specifically for these events. Your understanding and cooperation mean the world to us! ❤️
