We understand that unexpected things happen and sometimes you might not be able to attend an event you’ve booked. However, due to the demands of our busy shop, we’ve had to implement clear policies to keep things running smoothly! 😊

Here’s what to know if you can’t attend a Bernina Overberg event:

No Rescheduling:
We’re unable to offer individual classes or move your payment to another event.

Refund Policy:
You can receive a 50% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before the event starts. Unfortunately, cancellations made 48 hours or less before the event, will result in forfeiture of the payment.

Please note that some of our events are conducted by third-party sewing instructors who travel to Hermanus specifically for these events. Your understanding and cooperation mean the world to us! ❤️
